At Vandulas, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
You can return items within 28 days from the dispatch date for a refund. Please note that products that have been washed or tumble dried are not eligible for a refund.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All tags must still be attached.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns (if applicable).

Send It Back: Ship the items using a secure method. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
